When it comes to the Hispanic Ministry we are an intrinsically part of the big picture of our District.
Our theme is “To inspire, empower and nurture the development of a "culture of multiplication" of new Hispanic congregations along the MidSouth District”.
It has been said already for years, and from many sources, and in so many ways, that: “Planting new churches is the most effective evangelistic methodology know under heaven”. There are three main factors here to strongly consider:
a) The discipleship and development of the numerical growth of the Body of Christ depend solely from the churches in any city.
b) New churches continues enhancing the corporate renewal and revival of the existing churches in a city. And,
c) Nothing else–not crusades, outreach programs, para-church ministries, growing mega-churches, consulting, nor church renewal processes– will have the consistent impact of dynamic, extensive church planting.
Among thousand others things we do as a “church”, there is one above all, and this is to be part of the Great Commission (Mt. 28.18-20). Not only this, but to be part of the growing movement of church planting around the world in the middle of the “Season of pain”(Mt. 24.8) is absolutely epic.
